Sorry that I haven’t posted in a while. I’ve been on and off with the flu. Anyway, a new wallpaper was released in honor of the new Lego CUUSOO project (which already has over 1700 views).

The Daily Pop has been hinting at a movie-themed island in the works. Here’s one of the sneak peeks:

It’s been a long time since some memorable costumes have been released in the store, and it looks like a few new costumes like this director will be released in conjunction with this “Movie Island”:

The Dr. Hare’s Lair project is going to become a reality. I’m sure of it.

It can take months or even years for a Lego CUUSOO project to become a reality, but Dr. Hare’s Lair is pulling in votes by the basketful!

The Dr. Hare’s Lair has already received over 500 votes on Lego CUUSOO, and if my calculations are correct, it will achieve the landmark goal of 10,000 votes by April. The set includes the Rabbot with movable head, arms, and ears; a sliding door with a security camera; and a Command Console complete with a computer, antennae, and swivel chair. And, of course, Dr. Hare himself.

Ever since it started back in 2007, Poptropica has been producing a wide range of merchandise, ranging from wallpapers to books to action figures. But now, it’s about to take on the most challenging marketing endeavor yet…

Poptropica Legos! I actually got an idea similar to this a few months ago, but of course I can’t take credit for it. Anyway, the Dr. Hare’s Lair Lego set will only become an actual product once it receives 10,000 votes on Lego CUUSOO. As I am writing this, it already has 200 votes, so make sure to cast your vote today!

We played it. We loved it. And now it’s gone. Possibly for the next 100 years.

I’ve decided not to take any chances, so I’m going to lock myself in a secret bunker for the next 10 years and hope that the Poptropalypse is over by then. Hopefully, my wireless laptop won’t run out of battery life by then.

Poptropolis Games is taking a plunge into the drink, but I still have some exciting news: new books!

I was surfing the web when I came upon this website, which gives a little bit more insight on the books. Cryptids Island and Lunar Colony will be released on April 4, and the Island Creator Kit and Friends Handbook will be released on August 1.

Our worst fears have been confirmed! Poptropolis Games is sinking back into the sea!

JANUARY 18, 2013 – Mews Foundation seismologists have confirmed the unthinkable: Poptropolis Games is on the verge of sinking back into the ocean. As the Island’s shaking intensifies, it seems clear that it will slip entirely beneath the surface of the Poptropica Sea by January 24. “We’re doing our best to accommodate as many athletes as possible before we sink,” said the Games’ master of ceremonies. “Be we recommend anyone who wants to compete does so as soon as possible. Who knows if the Games will ever rise again?”

We’re five days away from the Poptropalypse! I have done some calculations, and supposedly, if one island were to generate enough seismic activity to implode in on itself, it would create a massive shockwave capable of disintegrating the structural foundations of all surrounding islands, effectively causing a chain reaction that would bring Poptropica to an end.

To sum it all up: WE’RE ALL GONNA DIE!

Night Watch island! Another night-themed island! After Zomberry Island, I started going cross-eyed. Are we going to have to carry around another flashlight? Maybe we’ll get night vision with the costume that this sneak peek hints at.
