Poptropolis Poetry Computer Island

When was the last time you checked out the Daily Pop? The sneak peeks are hinting at some interesting islands that we’ll see in the future.

Could it be? Could the ancient city of Poptropolis be rising from the sea again? The Poptropalypse happened way back around New Year’s, but maybe, just maybe, we’ll be able to compete in the Poptropolis Games yet again.

“O Captain! My Captain!” was a poem written by Walt Whitman in 1865. It’s about the assassination of Abraham Lincoln, although you can’t tell it from the text. It’s hard to imagine why this poem would be mentioned in Poptropica, considering that it’s so dark.

Here we can see some sort of island that’s going through the design process. Maybe we’ll be able to design islands of our own? That would be pretty cool.

And virtually annoying.
